The Consortium for Development of Polesine has realised the survey of the areas designed to productive and commercial settlements since 2002, localised by urban planning instruments in the territory of 50 municipalities of the Province. The mapping of the areas is updated with six-monthly cadence by the offices of the Consortium for Development, in order to supply useful and always more information to entrepreneurs, interested in realising new settlements in the province of Rovigo.

A CD ROM called "Rovigo, the productive rectangle", which contains further interesting information for possible investors has been prepared through the application of the Regional Law 13/99 of Venetian Region "Regional Interventions in favour of territorial Agreements" and in cooperation with Industrial Association of Rovigo and APAR Confartigianato of Rovigo.

Opportunity Polesine is an up-to-date instrument to acknowledge the territory and to discover its potentiality and it is supported either by the infrastructural network, field where there are investments in the coordination with the Venetian Region, as well as in the road and telecommunications, and it will have more implementation in the average period (Interport of Valdastico, Romea Commercial Way), and from the effort developed by Institutions, Bodies, Associations, Entrepreneurs finalised to reinforce the culture of the realization of the local development starting from the base.
